1. About Voyd Group and these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of voydgroup.com, including its content and features. References to “Voyd Group,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Voyd Group.

Please read these terms before using the website. Your use of the website is subject to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to act for that organisation.

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@voydgroup.com.

2. Website information and client engagements

The website introduces our work, services and perspectives. Its content is general information and does not constitute a binding offer, a quotation or advice tailored to a particular project.

Sending an enquiry, submitting a brief or booking a call does not, by itself, create a client engagement or require either party to proceed.

Our professional services are governed by separately agreed proposals, statements of work, service agreements or other engagement terms. Those agreements determine matters such as scope, fees, payment, scheduling, approvals, confidentiality, cancellation and ownership of deliverables. These website terms do not amend or replace them. If there is a conflict concerning an engagement, its agreed terms prevail.

Downloads or other resources offered under specific licence terms are subject to those terms.

3. Intellectual property and permitted use

The website and its content, including text, designs, identities, images, illustrations, motion, video, layouts and code, are owned by Voyd Group or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

Client names, trademarks and project materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Displaying work in our portfolio does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use a client’s brand or materials.

You may browse the website, share links to it, and make reasonable copies or extracts for personal reference or internal evaluation of our services, provided that you preserve relevant credits and notices and do not misrepresent the material.

Unless separately authorised or permitted by law, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, license, sell or commercially exploit website content, incorporate it into another brand or product, or use it in advertising. This includes using protected content to create or train commercial artificial intelligence systems or datasets without the necessary permission.

You may link to our website fairly and lawfully. Do not imply endorsement, approval or a relationship that does not exist, or frame our content in a way that obscures its source.

For permissions, contact hello@voydgroup.com. Nothing in this section restricts uses that applicable law permits without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. In particular, you must not:

  • Infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or other legal rights.

  • Submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or malicious material.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation.

  • Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the website or connected systems.

  • Attempt to access restricted areas, accounts or information without authorisation.

  • Harvest personal information, circumvent access restrictions or use automated tools in a way that infringes rights or materially disrupts the website.

Ordinary search engine indexing of publicly accessible pages is permitted, subject to applicable law, published technical access instructions and the rights of third parties.

5. Information and materials you submit

When you send us a message, brief, file or other material, you are responsible for having the authority and permissions needed to share it. Information you provide should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You retain your rights in submitted materials. You give us permission to receive, store, review and use them as reasonably necessary to respond to you, assess a potential engagement or carry out an agreed purpose. This does not grant us a general right to publish your materials or use them for unrelated purposes.

If material requires specific confidentiality arrangements, agree those arrangements with us before sending it. Existing legal and contractual duties of confidentiality continue to apply. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information through general enquiry channels.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Portfolio, case studies and website accuracy

We take reasonable care in presenting our work and information. However, website content may become outdated or contain errors, and we may update or correct it.

Case studies reflect particular projects and circumstances. They may show work as originally delivered, selected applications, concepts or earlier versions. A client’s current materials may differ. Descriptions of results are contextual and do not guarantee comparable outcomes for another project.

Confirm any information material to a proposed engagement with us before relying on it.

7. External services and privacy

The website may link to external websites or use services for functions such as bookings, communications or payments. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices, which apply to their activities.

A link does not, by itself, imply endorsement. We do not control independently operated websites or services, and their availability or content may change.

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute consent to optional tracking, advertising or direct marketing.

8. Availability and access

We may update, suspend or discontinue website content or features, including for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or system.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, unlawful activity or a breach of these terms. Changes to website access do not, by themselves, change our obligations under an existing client agreement.

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect your devices and systems when accessing websites or downloading material.

9. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights and statutory privacy remedies remain unaffected.

Subject to those protections, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give warranties that its content will always be complete, accurate, available or suitable for a particular purpose.

If you use the website for business purposes, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.

Responsibility and liability for professional services are governed by the applicable engagement agreement. These website terms do not introduce a new liability limit into that agreement.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms and disputes arising from your use of the website are governed by the laws of Lebanon, subject to any mandatory laws and rights that apply to you.

The courts of Beirut, Lebanon have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in another court where applicable law gives you that right, or from contacting a competent regulator.

If a concern arises, you may contact hello@voydgroup.com so that we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising a legal right or meeting a legal deadline.

Dispute provisions in a separately agreed client contract govern disputes under that contract.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, our activities or applicable requirements. The current version will appear on this page with its updated date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or legally required.

Revisions apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively change accrued rights, existing claims or separately agreed client terms. Where applicable law requires express acceptance of a change, we will seek it.

12. General provisions and contact

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not, by itself, waive the right to enforce it.
